We have been active ebay members since February 1998 (10 years!), and have been selling Refrigerator Water Filters full-time on ebay since 2004. We pride ourselves on SUPERFAST shipping and exceptional customer service. Our loyal customer base and 100% positive feedback rating is evidence of our success. As I write this, we are about to achieve 12,000 positive feedback, with approx. 11,000 feedback score (over 1,000 positive feedback from people who have left positive feedback more than once). We prefer Paypal, simply because it is the easiest and most efficient way to make payment, but we also happily accept personal checks, or money orders (U.S. funds only).

We ship AT LEAST once per day via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. This enables us to achieve the fastest delivery time, at the most efficient cost. It also enables us to ship to your P.O. Box if you prefer.

Our return policy is one based on common sense and customer service. If we ship the wrong part (rare...but we are human), we ship the correct part immediately upon notification, and pay for return shipping on the incorrect part. If the wrong part is ordered, we gladly exchange for the correct part, and the customer is responsible for all extra shipping costs.
