Like many avid readers I went from being a reader to being a collector and ultimately a bookseller. Now, with about 10K books I hope to share unique books for your pleasure. My personal favorites are ARCs or Advanced Reading Copies and Pop Ups.

Out of print, unusual, collectable and special interest books. I've always delighted in the unique. I do not use stock photos- what you see is the actual book. I make every effort to describe books accurately and rarely sell a book in less than very good condition. Because describing books is a subjective area I always encourage questions. Books are used unless stated otherwise. If I state a book is NEW, it is exactly that- in book store or publisher condition. I find a claim of no vices to be disingenous in listing used books and I will not do so. Used books come with their own charms and vices. Because I am dedicated to encouraging reading with children I will offer large lots of children's books at bargain prices simply to pass the love of reading on. I go out of my way to make the buying experience positive for both the buyer and seller and have the pleasure of having some of my buyers become friends beyond ebay.

As an ebay seller for a number of years it's now become my pleasure to be able to devote more time to locating and selling books. I attend several book events each year and have a chance to meet established and upcoming authors. The love of books is a passion, perhaps an obsession. It's always a treat to be able to help someone locate a book they've searched for and help a book find a good home. Never claiming to be an expert I've had the opportunity to learn from my buyers as well as other ebay sellers.

I accept PayPal, money orders and cashier checks. I will not accept personal checks.

Books are normally shipped within one business day. I use media mail with delivery confirmation unless requested otherwise. I continue to sell internationally but will no longer offer refunds for books that are sent internationally or uninsured (optional) due to a few unhappy situations with the postal services that I cannot control. Books are either boxed or sent in bubble padded envelopes.

I will accept returns for any item misdescribed. I will provide a full refund minus shipping costs with notification within three days. I hope that a buyer never has to use this option but if so I will work fully to make sure they are satisfied. Being human, mistakes happen.
