Thank you to all my buyers for being kind and courteous! Spiralarts was originally created to sell my handmade jewelry, but is currently my family's online estate sale. I describe items as I see them visually. One person's GOOD is another person's FAIR, so I will give you the details and plenty of pictures and let you decide if the item is for you. Spiralarts sells one-of-a-kind items and vintage, no bulk or resale items...so I put the time into every aspect of the sale and watch my auctions closely.

Paypal preferred...will take money orders and personal checks. ALL checks must clear before shipping will ensue!

USPS first class (on postcards),Priority mail, parcel post is often available. I will ship with FedEx also on larger items. Postage is calculated by weight before auction is even listed...no packaging fees on Priority...(the boxes are free you know!). No inflated handling fees, my time is yours, I appreciate your business.

I don't take returns as a general rule, vintage items are sold as is. If you have a problem with an item, please contact me and we'll work it out. Please be respectful, polite and non-defensive and you will always get the same from me! Insurance is always optional, some sellers REQUIRE it, I don't. It's your choice. I will NOT be held responsible for USPS loss or damage without it though!

I don't really care what you plan to do with the items that you buy from me, but if you plan to resell the items...please read the descriptions well. I've had one unhappy customer in the past that thought she could resell a lot of items I sold which I clearly labeled as USED...FOR ARTS AND CRAFT PURPOSES and was unhappy when they arrive as described, USED! Please read the details well...I am not a store nor a business, but a person selling personal items. Thank you!!

Isn't a shame we have to write all these rules and disclaimers and words of caution...?! Due to problems in the past with people that are less than kind, most of us MUST write a list of these rules! I'm hoping to have a pleasant and positive transaction with you, and will do my best to make you happy. Thanks for looking at my auctions!
