During my various job hunts, I realized that some business won't hire college students, and those that will only hire part time. I opened this business with hopes that it will help to finish my schooling and perhaps provide for my sisters as well.

About Spoiled-Rotten: Spoiled-Rotten Boutique & Resale was founded in mid-November 2008. The plans for Spoiled-Rotten are huge. Within the next few months, our inventory will expand from clothing to hand made jewelery and various accessories.

Bulk, Wholesale, & lot items. Occasionally I purchase gifts for people I know or things for my dog.

My name is Katie Rose. I am a 20 year old Agribusiness and Accounting major at Texas A&M University in College Station, Tx. I grew up in a very unprivileged family, with three younger sisters and a father who has been unable to work since I was 8 years old. Paying for college has been a huge burden on myself and my family. Not to mention, all three of my sisters will be starting college this fall. I have attempted job after job, going as far as working on a fishing boat in Galveston before the mess of Hurricane Ike. During my various job hunts, I realized that some business won't hire college students, and those that will only hire part time. I figured that making merely $150 a week could be done on my terms, rather than working under a boss who isn't willing to give me more hours. I opened this business with hopes that it will help to finish my schooling and perhaps provide for my sisters as well.

I've worked in several restaurants & bars. As well as, for HEB Grocery and Six Flags Fiesta Texas. It's really difficult to find a good paying job without a college degree. I opened my Ebay business and website with hopes adding to my college fund and paying for my housing while I'm in school.

I usually ship through flat rate priority mail. That ensures quicker delivery and a cheaper price. I ship books through media mail.

At this point, I cannot accept returns. I give each item a very clear and accurate description to ensure that other Ebay members know exactly what they are purchasing. Once my business grows, I plan to sell several of each item, rather than random items. At that point, I will except returns, but not until then.
