History/background
I am a licensed teacher and professional photographer but I do not work at this time, as I have two little ones, who are my life! I am a stay at home mom and am just doing this for some extra money for our family. My husband works at Toyota, and luckily, is still working 28-40 hours a week, as a lot of factories have shut down. This economy is making it hard for everyone, but hopefully it will only get better!

Payment policy
All payments must be received within 48 hours of the auctions end unless you make prior arrangements with me (as I understand this is sometimes impossible). I accept PayPal only, sorry but this is Ebay's policy. If payment is not made within 48 hours and you have not made prior arrangements with me I have the right to re list the item. I understand things happen so always remember, communication is key! I strive to provide excellent communication and ask that you do the same! I am a very easy person to work with!

Shipping information
I only ship to CONFIRMED U.S. ADDRESSES ONLY! I DO COMBINE SHIPPING! However, if I am using a flat rate box, I will do my best to fit as much as I can into one box, however, have found that this is sometimes impossible. Please let me know when your first auction ends, that you are bidding on another item and would like to receive combined shipping because I try to ship things out immediately after payment is received. Insurance is optional but highly recommended. I am not responsible for items once they have been mailed. If you would like to add insurance, contact me before payment and I will gladly add insurance to your shipping! I will send you a message through ebay with your confirmation number once I have mailed off the package/s so it can easily be tracked! I also follow up with my buyers to make sure that they are 100% satisfied once the package has been received! If you have any questions about shipping items, feel free to contact me!

Return policy
All sales are final; however, I will work with any reasonable person with any reasonable problem. Please read your auction ad carefully and ask all questions PRIOR to bidding as a winning bid is a legal contract stating that you have to pay for the item you won. Refunds only on a case by case basis and at our discretion. We are human and though we personally inspect each item before listing, we may occasionally miss something. Please, please, please keep this in mind when buying from Ebay! Refunds will not be given for buyer’s remorse or wrong sizes! Be sure you genuinely want the item and intend on following through with the transaction if you win. We ask that only serious bidders bid on our auctions because these do take time to list. All sizes are stated in each clothing and shoe auction. Be sure the item is the correct size for your needs before you bid.

I will leave positive feedback as soon as payment is made. I would ask that you please do the same as soon as the item is received. I ask that you please give me every opportunity to fix any problem that will keep you from leaving a 5 star rating and positive detailed feedback. I strive to provide the best customer service possible! I do my best to answer all questions immediately upon receiving them. I send my buyers a message as soon as I have mailed off a package, with the confirmation number so it can easily be tracked! I also follow up with my buyers once they have received my package! I pay immediately upon winning my auctions! I expect feedback to be left immediately after payment is received. I communicate with my sellers, although more times than not, do not receive communication in return. I leave feedback immediately after receiving my items (so long as I have received feedback for the payment of the items WHICH SHOULD BE LEFT IMMEDIATELY AFTER PAYING FOR THEM). I leave HONEST feedback for EVERY transaction as I believe HONESTY IS THE BEST POLICY!!! If I have a problem with an item, I contact the seller before resulting to negative feedback. However, if I do not receive any communication, or receive negative communication, I am FORCED to leave HONEST feedback, regardless if that means leaving negative feedback. Since I do give sellers every opportunity to fix any problem that may be, I find it easier to leave the feedback that is deserved. I try to avoid leaving negative feedback, but have had to result to that in the past. I ONLY LEAVE HONEST FEEDBACK!
