I collect DVDS, and Designer Toys (mainly Dunny!)

I accept all types of payment but my main preference is paypal due to it speed.

I charge a fair postage and packaging rate. I send all items as safley as possible and i havent had any complaints yet. i tend to recycle Jiffy Bags where i can i dont see the point in wasting resources. I try to post out items within three days after the date of purchase.

If the item is not as descibed i will refund the item (minus fees and postage and packaging costs) buyer pays for item to be returned and a refund is given on the receipt of positve feedback. If an item goes missing in the post i try to replace the item to the best of my ability. I never refund postage in these cases and try to come to some agreement over a patial item refund. (its not just the buyer that looses out when an item goes missing). Again the refund is only given on the reciept of positive feedback.

I can be contacted through ebay messanger only. I will get your message instantly about 75% of the time as i use blackberry and a reply is usually sent to your direct email address within 24 hours. but the reply is ussualy pretty much instant.
