Seller admitted problems with packaging and shipping was delayed. The item was very poorly packed for its bulk (250# exercycle in a cardboard and tape ) and on arrival the box was broken & torn open in all corners. Parts missing & broken and frame bent in 2 places so badly the flywheel wouldn't turn. When I contacted Seller with photos attached he responded it was not his fault. No returns accepted. I have had to report to UPS. Awaiting resolution.
Would NOT purchase from this seller.

Hello I received correspondence from UPS that the package did not have an insurance policy attached to it so any damage that occurred in shipping is the responsibility of the Buyer.
