We are SKR Enterprises LLC. This is a woman owned business that is operated by a disabled veteran of the US Air Force. A lifetime member of Disabled Veterans of America and the American Legion, and a civic volunteer and motivational speaker, Scott tries to keep things running. Kristen is the owner of SKR Enterprises and is a native New Zealander with 1/4 Maori heritage. It is our mission statement that 'we will always treat our customers as we like to be treated when we do our shopping.' Our vision statement is 'to make this woman owned and disabled veteran run establishment into a successful and customer friendly place for you to find things that you can use.' SKR Enterprises LLC is a relatively new online entity. However, we have operated a brick and mortar store for over 15 years. Due to Scott's worsening physical condition, we have decided to move from the storefront to the internet. We still plan to offer our customers an excellent shopping experience and also to offer low prices with real shipping costs. We guarantee it!

We prefer that our customers use PayPal and the wide variety of options that it provides for your payment. Payment made by personal check will be accepted, however, due to many past negative experiences, we will not ship any merchandise until a personal check has cleared your bank. Money order's and Cashier's checks will also need to be cleared prior to shipment. So... just choose PayPal folks... it is a safe and easy way to pay and allows us to ship your merchandise to you without delay.

We will use the best shipping option available. If you desire or need to have an item quickly, we can ship via Express Mail or Fed-Ex. If we can get you a better price with the US Postal Service or UPS, we will find the most economical route. UPS will be our main method of shipping. Therefore, please provide a street address along with your order (or make sure that your PayPal account has a street address as the 'ship to' address. Thank you.

This policy is firmly upheld. Please read carefully and give it due consideration before completing any purchase with us. Returns will only be accepted if a return authorization has been provided to you. In the very limited circumstance where we grant permission for a return, we will provide you with a RA Number that MUST BE WRITTEN on the outside of the package being returned (somewhere on the shipping label is the best location). If an item is damaged in transit, please make sure to keep all packing materials and the original shipping container. We want our customers to be satisfied and that is why we will provide accurate and honest merchandise descriptions in our listings. It is up to you, the customer, to perform due diligence to ensure that the item you are buying is what you expect it to be. We will not ship faulty or damaged merchandise. In the rare case in which we may ship an item that is not new, we will perform a thorough check on the merchandise to ensure its condition.

In order to contact us... please make use of the eBAY 'contact seller' option that is provided on every page. In this fashion, we can both be sure to avoid the possibility of any information getting into the wrong hands. It is highly unfortunate that one must take such measures, however, we all know about the problems eBAY has had with bogus 'second chance' offers and the like. By using the 'contact seller' option, in order to ask us a question or even to say thanks for our service and fast shipping and handling, we can both avoid any potential problems. We will also contact all customers via this method. If you receive an e-mail, that does not come through the eBAY system, from someone puporting to represent our store, please forward it to spoof@ebay.com and then delete it from your in-box. We always leave feedback for our customers. We ask that you also leave feedback for us as well. However, we have worked very hard to maintain our 100 percent feedback rating and we are willing to work with any of our customers to solve any potential problems that may occur. PLEASE... do not leave negative feedback prior to allowing us to at least make an attempt to rectify any problems or to remedy any customer service issues. The only negative feedback that we ever leave is for non-payers and for those who do not allow us the chance to fix any problems that may occur with a transaction or sale.

We do provide the option of receiving a periodic update on our new products, however, it is far easier to just pop in to our store, every-once-in-a-while, to check out our latest wares. We do have some items that we only list as one-day or three-day auctions.
