We only accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, & PayPal with U.S. billing addresses. We Do Not Accept Discover at this time. Shipping information entered into the Checkout on our site will not transfer to PayPal; you can't enter a different ship-to or bill-to in PayPal than what you have entered on our site. If a different address is entered in each, the address typed into our checkout will be the only one that is used and the address entered into any other payment site (i.e. PayPal, etc.) will be ignored as it does not transfer to our payment/shipping system. It is not possible for the Satellite Radio Superstore to see or recognize any address typed, entered, or otherwise selected outside of our checkout page (i.e. in Paypal, etc.). We will not be held responsible for any 'mix-ups' regarding this issue; we will always and only ship to the address entered into our eBay Checkout page. No exceptions can be made.

We DO NOT Ship to Alaska or Hawaii. No exceptions. Most orders in which payment has cleared before 12PM EST will ship the next business day. If the order is unable to be processed and shipped the next business day, and your checkout has been completed, the order will be shipped within 3 business days from the date of the order. Most orders in which payment has cleared on Friday will be shipped Monday or the next business day if a holiday is the next day. All Special Order pieces will be shipped upon arrival of the product or as requested by the purchaser. Saturday delivery is NOT AVAILABLE. There is no Saturday delivery even for overnight shipping options. Customer has 3 business days to report any missing or damaged parts from date of receipt of any merchandise. This is verified through UPS & FedEx electronic tracking logs. THERE WILL BE NO CANADIAN ORDERS. Satellite Radio Superstore reserves the right to refuse fulfillment of any order for any reason.

We will accept returns for store exchange only under the following conditions. - Item has not been used. - Includes original packaging. - Item has not been damaged or packaging damaged in any way. Please contact me within 7 Days from day you received the package if you intend to return the product. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return product to our offices. Please note we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been picked up by the carrier.
