Item as described. Nice Russell boots. I bought the boots in the evening of Dec. 15, the boots were not shipped until Dec. 22 (when I bought the boots, it was indicated on Ebay that the items would be "expedited shipping"). However, they arrived about within the predicted time of arrival (it arrived in Dec. 27). The period of time Dec. 15--Dec 25 which is a busy period of the year for many people, so I would not hold the slow shipment again the seller.
