Mainly I sell Mary Kay or Purses, so if it's Mary Kay most people know what they want before they buy it so that's not a huge problem for me. If I'm selling a purse, I wont take it back because a person should know that they want it before they buy it and I also never sell one that is damaged in any way so that's not really a huge problem either.
