If you receieve the item and its damanage from shipping take pictures, send them to me and ship it back. If you open the item and say it drops on your floor thats your fault. If its an error on my part then I will refund or compensate you, if not then sorry no returns. If its a postal problem then file a complaint since you bought insurance and claim your damanages, I'll assit if possible.
