Grew up in Austin, TX (Crockett HS), moved to Dallas in 1974. Very old fashioned in many ways and still believe in the Golden Rule. Friends, family and moral character are our best assets. I have always been an Elvis fan and one of the biggest thrills of my life was when I got to meet him on April 26, 1972! A day I'll never forget.

Began selling on eBay part-time, in March 1999, while working at The World Trade Center in Dallas. I had unlimited access to market samples at amazing discounts and eBay proved to be the perfect way for me to sell them. I continued selling samples and added antiques, books and collectibles to the mix. I was laid off from work in 2002 and that is when I decided to make eBay a full-time job. I put together a syllabus and contacted the local colleges and within a few months, I was scheduled at 12 different colleges, so I had to scale back and now my classes are offered at four locations throughout Dallas. I stay very busy as a Registered eBay Trading Assistant and enjoy selling a variety of items. I am most proud of my eBay Seller's Group, Dallas eBaybes & eMales, that has grown to be the largest in the country and we now have four chapters. eBay will feature us on the cover of the 2006 Holiday PowerUp Newsletter.
