When the part arrived, it said that I needed to pay for shipping, and I didn't notice in time before it got sent back. Seller than blamed it on me. It might have been the carrier's fault, but overall not a good experience.

This is a lie. Shipping to the seller was already paid. Buyer did not have secure place to leave package so USPS left him THREE NOTIFICATIONS over the course of a month to pick it up, which buyer ignored. Post office then returned the package to me as "UNCLAIMED" with postage due AT MY END for the return trip. Photos and documentation prove all of this. Buyer is absolutely disreputable and a liar. Avoid.
