Payment policy
I like a customer to be able to buy a product, no matter how they need to pay, and I've been known to give books away. Many customers who have health issues, need of healing, Christian teaching & encouragement, worship, etc., have received books & CD's for free when I've learned they are struggling financially and with personal issues. I use Ebay as a 2nd income to help my mother and to give to Christian ministries. Helping the poor and people in other countries is my priority.

Shipping information
I ship next day, so that I can deliver an order as fast as possible.

Return policy
I don't ever want a dissatisfied customer. My shipping crew accidentally sent an order to Canada twice, running me out of enough inventory for another customer, and so I refunded the customer AND shipped what I had left.
