All About Me

What everyone should know about me

My business is not really a business but more of a hobby. I love good quality pens and by selling them on Ebay I get to see and handle some lovely items. My pens come from reliable sources and I don't sell anything that is not authentic.

Things I sell

Top quality pens, refills and accessories such as leather pen cases, mainly from A.T. Cross of the USA and sometimes from other quality manufacturers such as Montblanc, Cartier and Waterman when I can guarantee their authenticity. I have never sold fakes and will not do so.

Things I buy

All kinds of writing instruments, refills and accessories.

History/background

I started by buying a few pens on Ebay for my own use and then selling a few that I didn't want. Having made some good contacts with suppliers I increased the volume of buying and selling. Not being a proper business I am not too interested in making big profits and my major concern is creating satisfied buyers by selling great pens at the best prices I can manage. I am not associated with any particular pen manufacturer although my main brand is Cross of the USA. I also sell Montblanc, Dupont, Cartier and Waterman when I am certain they are genuine.

Payment policy

I prefer Paypal but will usually take a cheque or Postal order on request.

Shipping information

I don't try and make profit from postage but my charges reflect the cost of packaging and the trip to the post office. I buy brand new padded envelopes for my items. I usually post by recorded delivery for everyone's safety but I also offer special delivery at cost for those who need the item quickly.International mail is usually (signed for) for safety. A lot of mail goes missing, especially to countries such as greece and Italy. I do take the risk with lower value items and use International small packages mail which is cheaper.

Return policy

I do try to photograph and describe my items as accurately as I can and I only sell new items. I do take returns in the event that the item is materially different to my description or if it is in any way faulty. Buyers should advise me within 2 days of receiving the item and return it within 14 days for replacement of refund.
