We have been collecting and learning about Goebel's various series of figurines for over thirty-five years and have retired to enjoy our empty-nest years. Jim is retired Army, loves his white cat, Stinky, then his wife. At least, he lets me sleep in.

We will honestly state the item description of what we sell. We prefer vintage Goebel M.I. Hummels which reflects the previous stricter quality controls of Goebel prior to 1995. We feel that Hummels with mold numbers in the 2xxx series or the Bertas that were made in Asia, do not reflect the simple beauty of her artwork.
