The Truth about George Mateljan
Who is this George Mateljan? Let me tell you I never met him in person, but wouldn't it be an eventful day just to bend his ear and learn more? I have been to his exhaustive websight and can not get enough of his wisdom. His book is loaded with helpful "food for thought", pun intended.
The World Healthest Foods Essential Guide 880 paged is jam pack full of advise on eating right. Knowing what is going to provide the nutrition your body needs.
I also ordered his highly sought second edition The World's Healthest Foods. It has 1000 pages, I can hardly wait for it to arrive. In the meantime TWHF essential guide will keep me entertained and healthy. Thank you Mr. George Mateljan. Thank you.
