Charges apply on deliver's on orders to UK Mainland unless otherwise stated on product information page or at checkout stage. For delivery to Non UK Mainland, charges will be applied at checkout, dependant on weight and destination. We will endeavour to deliver all orders within 7 working days, but please allow 28 days. Special orders allow 28 days for delivery.

We will always try to give you absolute satisfaction with your purchase; If you are not satisfied we will refund your purchase excluding postage and packing. Please email us within 14 days and we will advise you how to return your purchase. We ask that you please return the item in the same condition as you received it, i.e. unopened. This must be done within 7 working days of our email to you. For faulty items email us with the problem within 14 days and we will advise you how to return the faulty items. We will offer you a replacement (if available) or a full refund including any charges that were incurred by you. This must be returned within 7 working days of our email. If you return an item to us we will process the returned item then notify you via email of your refund. A refund will be given to you in the same form of payment you originally used for the purchase within 3 weeks of us receiving your return.
