Hi and thanks for visiting! My name is Heather Donovan. I am a self representing artist as well as a college instructor. My work is published by CAP publishers and I often do local shows. Most of my work is done on commission 'paint to order' basis.

I paint only original, hand drawn, acrylic paintings of subjects and colors that I love. Cityscapes of NYC and other great cities, pop art, fun and bright flowers, painting of Italy, kitchen art, realism portraits, children's art, food and wine art, halloween art, Cape Cod and beach art, Christmas art, really fun made up stuff, portraits of your home and much more. More often than not I paint anything that strikes me at the moment. All of a sudden I must paint it! Sometimes things get busy and I don't paint as much as I'd like so I apologize for not being here on Ebay much much more.

I have been painting since early childhood and by age 9 had copied many of the masters works and gave them as presents to family members. Miraculously some of my family still have them! Around that time I won my first award in an art show. I never thought I'd actually be paid to paint since I am my worst critic, but people seem to like my paintings and that is truly what keeps me working and listing here on Ebay. What I list on Ebay are often things I just wanted to paint for myself or trying out new ideas. My off Ebay work is commissioned through shows, ebayers and word of mouth, so if you would like something special feel free to contact me.

I accept paypal for all domestic and international art collectors! If there are any problems let me know, I'm pretty flexible. I do request payment within 3 days of auction end as I find thats a fair timeline for both me and you!

I prefer priority or UPS since they are more timely. You are welcome to use any shipping service I've listed. I usually ship within 2 days of payment.

Please contact me if you would like to return something. Returns must be insured and sent back in all original packaging and arrive undamaged. This hasn't happened yet but I'm sure there is a first for everything.

I do home portraits and special orders that I think I'll enjoy. These prices are higher than you may see on Ebay so I encourage you to bid if you see a painting you like because as I charge substantially more for paint to order work, especially if its a painting I've done before. (I generally don't repaint a work and if I do, they are never exactly the same so all buyers do get a unique original) If you'd like a special work, by all means email. Payment is 1/2 down prior to starting and 1/2 on final okay.
