I thought I was buying an open box item that the seller had when in fact he was drop shipping the item from Amazon. It ended up that the item Amazon shipped me was not the item I ordered. It took way to long for the seller to get back with me, process the return and email me the shipping label. After weeks, I used eBay customer support to get me my refund after the return confirmed received. I had eBay customer support block this seller from my account. Don’t deal with this seller.

Never got the item because it was delivered to the wrong address due to shipping carrier but the seller gave me a full refund with no issues. I can’t describe the item or how fast it arrived because it never did but the seller communication in resolving the issue was excellent!
