Buyer attempted feedback extortion which is a violation of eBay policy. The damage that buyer showed was not our fault. Buyer knew per item description that the poster was not in pristine condition. Not true that we weren't surprised and didn't care: we replied immediately to buyer. Buyer said that they know someone who can smooth out the poster, but they did not show condition of packaging to help determine what happened. Buyer knew that he could return item under an INAD; chose not to.
