I am a retired social worker & have always enjoyed using my PC for business, crafts, Blogging, and emailing friends, family and Red Hatters. After 6 years of membership in The Red Hat Society, I became the founding Queen of The Purple Stars.

I design, produce and sell checkbook covers, note cards, and pocket calendars, all of which I personalize for FREE. I specialize in Red Hat themed items, but have other designs as well. In addition, as we downsized after retiring, I am selling our excess household items.

Mostly I buy materials I need to produce, sell and mail my Checkbook cover inserts, note cards, and pocket calendars. But have been know to buy other things like Red Hat Society clothing, and other items for personal use or my home or as gifts.

My collections are pretty well complete, as the china cabinets are full, and we have no room for more china cabinets. however, what I have collected are Angel figurines, especially child angels, and teapots shaped like tables with tea services on the lid. Teapots with enough detail to interest me seem to be not very common. I have not seen one in years that I would add to my collection, except I did recently purchase one that not only was a table with a tea service on top, but was decorated with red hats. Would you believe, I do not drink tea and have no idea why these teapots appeal to me?

We are an official Red Hat Society Chapter out of Macomb Michigan. We are still open for members. We have lunch together on the first Saturday of each month and we are planing other outings. Dues are only $7.00/year and you can play with us two times before joining or paying dues.

SULUSTAR CREATIONS is the name I have used for selling my self designed and crafted items for several years. My business is very small. I am the only designer, producer, purchasing agent, accountant, mail room clerk, etc. I have never made a lot of money with my little home grown business, and I did have a -day job- of course, and did not have a lot of time for SULUSTAR CREATIONS. Now being retired from my -day job- I like to have time to do other things besides work, so mainly, I sell enough to support my own Internet buying, but not enough to make me feel like it is a real job. As long as I am having fun and folks like my products, I will keep SULUSTAR CREATIONS in business.

I very much prefer Pay Pal. Originally I was open to checks, and money orders too, but the hastle of looking for the payment in the mail, wondering if the customer had actually sent payment, or was it lost in the mail, which a couple of money orders were, and just remembering to keep track of what was paid and what was still outstanding, just seemed to be too much trouble. So, now, I do not accept payment in the mail, in general. Although I have relented from time to time if the buyer has a good reason why they cannot pay through Pay Pal. So the bottom line is- check with me if you need to use any other method then Pay Pal to pay me.

I generally use the USPS. I have an accurate scale at home and love using The free pick up service for packages, My husband kindly mails things in envelopes. :-)

Items in original condition may be returned for any reason for refund or exchange. Refund will be for item cost only. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
