We handle thousands of timeshare transfers a year and take pride in having the smoothest, most efficient transfer procedures in the Industry. We take pride in being able to help provide thousands of families each year with their vacation accommodations. Whether you are interested in a points based program for flexibility, a premium fixed week at a resort you want to return to many times, or a property that has high trading power. SumDay Vacations has the Vacation Ownership to fit your vacation requirements.

Payment policy
We kindly accept, Money Order, Cashier/Certified Check, and or Personal Check. Credit Cards gladly accepted through Paypal.. Payment must be made within 5 days of auction end unless other arrangements have been made with seller.

Shipping information
Closing on a timeshare is a real estate transaction and does take time usually 30-60 days. The new owner will be asked for deeding instructions. Upon receipt of payment the new deed will be sent to the county for recording. Upon return of the new deed it will be sent to the resort for finalization in their records.

Return policy
Any sales that are subject to a Right of First Refusal (ROFR) by the resort will be refunded in full if the resort fails to waive their right. In most cases resort companies that regularly require ROFR such as Westgate or Diamond have already waived the right prior to our listing the property. All Sales Are Final.
