My husband and I live on a lake in northern Minnesota. I've been a quilter and garment sewer for the past 40 years. I am a Minnesota Master gardener. No matter what the season I have things I enjoy doing....sewing, quilting, gardening and ebay.

I sell mainly fabric but also a lot of other things. The fabric I sell is mostly cotton and of good quality that I would use myself. I try to find fun, unusual, novelty fabric that I think other people would enjoy working with. The other things I sell are vintage linens, vintage jewelry, books, magazines, vintage lace and trims, and just stuff. My Motto is.........One man's trash is another man's treasure!! I list almost every day so things move in and out of my store on a daily basis.

I love Garage Sales and Thrift Stores. On ebay I buy printer ink, birdfeeders, mailbox covers and a few miscellaneous items.

Cats, fabric, thread, sewing and quilting patterns. I have numberous cat items around the house and we have two live cats who run the place. One of our cats, a Tonkenese, loves to have his picture taken and will sometimes show up in the photo's of items I'm selling. I always have to make sure to tell people that the cat is not for sale. :-)

I belong to our county Master Gardeners and also to our local garden club (The Feed and Weed Girls). We plant and maintain numberous gardens through our small town and also the hanging baskets that decorate our main street. I, also, belong to the Stitch and Chatter Quilters. We meet once a month and make quilts that are given away to local hospitals, shelters and people in need. My husband and I enjoy sitting in the yard during the summer and watching nature around us. Sometimes we go fishing or sit on the end of the dock and catch our breakfast or supper, depending on the time of day. Life is good. We thank God for our good health and good living.

I am an avid reader but really have no all time favorite book. I enjoy Lilian Jackson Braun, Mary Higgins Clark, Carol Higgins Clark, James Patterson, Dick Frances, Sue Grafton, Jeanette Oke, Robert B. Parker, Tony Hillerman, Kinky Friedman, Sandra Brown, Danielle Steel, Earlene Fowler, Piers Anthony, J.A. Jance, and many more.

I really don't have a favorite TV show but I do enjoy TV Land, the Hallmark Channel and HGTV. My husband is usually in charge of the remote control so I end up watching Walker Texas Ranger, Dukes of Hazzard, Gunsmoke or the Western Channel.

I started buying on ebay a number of years ago. Then I was cleaning out one day and decided to get rid of a few things I no longer wanted so started selling and now I am hooked on ebay and love every minute of it. I found everyone to be very helpful when I was first starting out, willing to answer questions I had or helping me through a transaction. Now, I enjoy helping people new to ebay and do what I can to make their ebay experience fun and easy. I've made email friends through ebay, people I never would have come into contact with otherwise. Whoever thought up ebay is not only making money for themselves but for a lot of other people, like me, who are sellers.

If a buyer is totally dissatisfied with an item I have them return it for a full refund. In my 4 or 5 years of selling that has only happened once.
