Shipping information
I keep my shipping costs as low as possible based on item weight and use re-cycled materials when available. I don't like sellers to inflate their shipping costs. I ship as soon as payment is received or the next day, as long as I am not out of town. If I am, I advise. I also advise buyers when I ship their items so they can look for them. Occasionally I do free shipping.
Return policy
Because I haven't the time to handle returns, I invested in a high quality Canon digital camera to allow bidders to see items with great clarity. A picture is worth 1000 words! I also pay for Auctiva each month so I can bring you many photos which can be enlarged. I welcome questions and try to answer promptly so bidders can make informed decisions. All sales are final as stated in my listings.

Important BUT THE SYSTEM HAS SOME LOOPHOLES. Encourage any dissatisfied buyers to message me to resolve any issues before leaving negative feedback. I'm a win-win person and believe LEGITIMATE concerns can be mutually resolved.I do think that adults need to be responsible for their choices (such as not choosing insurance)etc. This is reasonable, no?
MY EBAY EXPERIENCE SO FAR....
Some buyers hold sellers hostage with threats of negtive feedback if they don't get their way. I won't succumb to this when I haven't done anything wrong - therefore I have 1-2 negatives out of over 900 sales. Please read my replies and email me if concerned. Have been burned by a couple of sellers' misreprsentations - I guess there is a bad apple in every barrel. All in all though EBAY IS FUN!
