I have only good things to say about this card
I use windows XP for recording and my board has firewire and is 24 bit and so does this card. Creative Sound has caught up not only with their drivers, but their software as well. Way to go Creative Labs! You can make and edit your own sound fonts for midi files with Creative Vienna SoundFont Studio. I own three of these cards they are my favorite. Thanks for listening. Sabian B8 16 inch Crash Cymbal
