I always try to ship the same day your payment clears so that your item gets to you as quickly as possible (unless the post office is closed then it will be the next business day),I know how exciting it is to win and purchase an item and be waiting on it to arrive! I usually ship priority mail so that your item arrives quickly and I always offer shipping insurance to the buyer because once I ship it I have no control over how the postal service handles it. I keep good communication with buyer as well and if I come across and item that they may have bought (of course that is a little different) I try to email you that I am listing another item you may want to watch or be intrested in. I always also email you when I ship and always follow-up to be sure you are satisfied with purchase! I am a very honest seller and LOVE TO MAKE BUYERS HAPPY WITH THEIR PURCHASE!

I normally don't do refunds as I am always very honest about my items and if I ship a breakable item and buyer doesn't take the shipping insurance---well as I said I have no control over the handling of the item once I ship. But I do try my best to wrap very well and ship very carefully so that all items arrive safetly and in the same shape as they were purchased in.
