I've been registered with eBay since 2001. I have received 100% positive feedback for all of my sales on eBay, both as sunnysmiles2u and my former store QuintessentialFleaMarket (now its own web site). As a buyer I received 1 negative from a seller who did not like the negative feedback I left about the quality of the item I purchased. We also sell under other venues such as TiffanyTailsPetBoutique, SecondHandGoodsOnline, and AlwaysLivingWell. For each of these sites our policies regarding shipping, payments, returns and our approach to customer service remain the same.
Payment policy
I accept PayPal, checks, cashier's checks and money orders. I also now accept Google Checkout. When you purchase/win an item, I will invoice you via Google. This is now my preferred method of payment.
Shipping information
Items are shipped within 48 hours or less of when payment has cleared. If a purchase is made on Friday, the soonest the item will be shipped will be Monday. Shipment is usually vis USPS Parcel Post to minimize shipping costs. However, other shipping methods are available if requested and paid for.
Return policy
We do accept returns. I describe each item to the best of my ability. I am not an antique dealer and much of the merchandise has been consigned to me so that I do not always know the full history. Any flaws or nicks are pointed out in the description and included in pictures. If the item can be tested as to whether or not it works, it will be tested and so noted. If an item is listed as sold as is then there will be a 25 percent restocking fee. For other returns there is a 10 percent restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refunded under any conditions.
