Watch for identity thieves that seem to be contacting you thru Ebay. The emails come to your correct email address for Ebay. Be sure to forward these emails to spoof@ebay.com so we can shut these crooks down!
Business InformationPayment policy
Paypal. Payment confirmation must be received within three days after auction ends (excepting special circumstances like holidays that result in three day weekend), after which time item may be relisted with no further obligation to nonpaying buyer. Any monies already paid by delinquent bidder will be forfeit. Nonpaying bidders will be dealt with according to Ebay policy and blocked from future bidding.
Shipping information
US Postal Service, specifics depend on items. I usually ship items with delivery confirmation so that I know buyer received item. Feedback would also confirm receipt, but unfortunately not everyone has the courtesy to leave feedback. Delivery confirmation might require your signature. If you are not willing to sign for a package, please don't bid. If you refuse a shipment without contacting me with a good reason, you will forfeit item and any monies paid. I will reship item if you pay the additional shipping costs. Buyers who refuse shipments without good reason will be blocked from future bidding. In general, I try to ship items within 24 hours of receiving payment confirmation.
Return policy
Due to the nature of the items, mainly collectibles, it is not usually possible to take returns. I try to provide detailed, honest descriptions and informative photos. If you're unsure about whether to bid, ask questions far enough in advance that I have a chance to answer before the auction ends. If you're very uncertain about bidding, my advice is: don't. It's better to save your money and shop another day than enter a hasty bid that you end up regretting. If you feel that an item you bought from me was substantially misrepresented, I would be amenable to working with you--within reason--to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.
Feedback policy
Please don't forget to leave feedback if you expect me to leave feedback for you. I don't like having a strict feedback policy, but it has proved necessary. I put a lot of effort into providing detailed descriptions, decent photos, prompt service, and fair shipping charges. Positive feedback is important for sellers who want to continue selling on ebay.
