We ship within seven days of cleared payment received. We usually ship same day, but we do have days where we receive more orders than we can get out in one day, so we do our best. We charge shipping and handling. All items are securely packaged, and shipped. We carry insurance, and costs to accept credit card payments or checks via paypal are high. International is more substantial a cost. Our shipping quotes reflect all of our costs of shipping, which is more than one stamp -- packaging, insurance, acceptance of payments, use of additional tracking system,etc.

Our swatch packets are for our 54 inch width silk only. If you order a swatch packet, your swatch will NOT match our 45 inch width silks. Please do not assume it will match. If you need a specific color - please CALL US, we will send a specific swatch to you. 412-782-5261, we will need the color name, width and your mailing address. If you have an old swatch packet, our current dye lot might be somewhat different. If you are trying to match an exact color, please call us so that we can check the dye lot for you.

Our Dye Lots can vary over time. It is likely that antique gold from last year will be different than the antique gold this year. if you need an exact match, call us, or send a cutting of what you need, along with your name, address, email address, phone number and quantity or description of what you need so that we can help you. thank you!
