All About MeWhat everyone should know about me
Our time on ebay has come to an end this year and we thank all of our wonderful buyers and supporters. So many of the eBay community were kind enough to send us emails admiring the scarves even if they couldn't bid and were just great! MAHALO!

Q: How can I tell if a scarf is fake? I was told that the Hermes label will only look a certain way and this label I see is different? OR It has the Hermes label but how do I know it is a real Hermes scarf, couldn't someone have just sewn on the label?
A: Your most bullet proof way of determining a real Hermes scarf is the silk itself. The weave of the Hermes silk twill for its standard 35 inch scarf is a prized trade secret. Only Hermes knows how to do this weave and to try to reproduce it would be cost prohibitive. If you already own an Hermes silk scarf, examine the weaeve closely and compare it to others silk scarves. You will be able to see the difference very quickly. Ask a seller for a close up of this weave when in doubt. If it is the same, then you can rest assured it is a real Hermes scarf.
