The item I purchased was detailed as a genuine Apple silicone case for iPhone 15. When it was received it was clearly a fake item.
I contacted the seller and advised this and did get a quick response.
After brief exchanges I was issued a full refund.
Final thoughts, disappointed with the purchase but pleased with the response of the seller who reacted positively to a complaint.

Be WARNED, do NOT buy Bose SoundSport Earbuds, they are fake, they do not pair. They will not work what so ever, There is no Bose voice indicator. The new item packaging is also counterfeit - eBay advised to return these items for a refund which i did however it is super disappointing that eBay has not taken matters further by expelling this seller altogether, there was no reply from the seller once i communicated to them about this, no apology nothing, indicating guilt on their behalf.

Please don't believe it, we sold earbuds is genuine, the customers always ask us to give him discount, we have give him discount, but when received he don't want pay for it.
