We had been purchasing on eBay for several years but decided we needed some extra cash so we started selling a few things around the house. Within a couple of months, this snowballed into an eBay store and has continued to grow. We chose to specialize in maternity, baby and children's items because we have 3 children and have learned a lot about these items through hands-on experience. We know how important the quality of these items are to parents and we strive to offer excellent products with exceptional customer service. Supermommy's Superstore is maintained by Supermommy's Superstore, LLC. Supermommy's Superstore, LLC also owns and operates www.SupermommysSuperstore.com.
Payment policy
I accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal in U.S. funds only. International buyers must pay with PayPal in USD only. We can also accept credit cards payments via phone. Payment must be received within 3 days unless other arrangements have been made.
Shipping information
Buyer is responsible for all shipping cost, handling fees, insurance, tariffs, taxes, levies, duties, etc... I ship worldwide. Please refer to listing for shipping methods and rates. Express mail available upon request. I ship within 2 business days of payment clearance except weekends and holidays. I will combine shipping on multiple purchases. Do not pay until you receive a combined invoice. I cannot adjust shipping after payment is made. Combined shipping is based on size, weight and destination. If you would like a quote, email with the items you are interested in purchasing, along with your zip code and we will be happy to quote you a rate. We charge a handling fee of $1.00 or less on each domestic package and $3.00 or less on each international package. I do not insure packages but offer shipping insurance on invoice. I cannot be responsible for damage during shipping, lost packages, or transit time.
Return policy
All sales final! Refunds only given if buyer receives incorrect item. Buyer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Returns must ship within 7 days of delivery. (Ex. If item was shipped factory sealed, must be returned factory sealed or no refund.) No refunds on damaged items unless insured. Some items may qualify for manufacturer's warranty coverage.
