We offer the FASTEST shipping around! All shipments are through UPS, which allows us to offer the security of their carrier insurance, as well as tracking numbers so you can know exactly where your new items are.

Our return policy covers DOA items and items not as described only. If an item that you purchased is DOA or not as described, please contact us at surplusbydesign@gmail.com. Please include the listing number in the subject line of your e-mail so that we will be able to track your transaction. We must be notified within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will advise you for a return address. Return shipping is at the expense of the buyer, and is non refundable. Items must be shipped with all original accessories and packaging. We should be notified of the tracking number when you ship the item. If we have another item in stock, we will offer an exchange or a refund. Items will be tested upon arrival back at our facility, and refunds will be processed once the item has been received.
