Recently we got our first negative feedback from a noob who was apparently not familiar with common e-bay etiquette (which is to contact the seller if you are unhappy with a transaction BEFORE leaving feedback or filing a paypal claim). Also, his reasons were absurd. He assumed the item he bought included an accessory not listed. DON'T MAKE ASSUMPTIONS AND IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS PLEASE SHOOT US A MESSAGE BEFORE BIDDING. He also complains the item was damaged when it arrived. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND SHIPPING INSURANCE. DO NOT NEG US IF YOU CHEAP OUT AND FORGO THE PURCHASE OF INSURANCE ONLY TO FIND YOUR ITEM HAS BEEN DAMAGED IN TRANSIT AS THIS ISN'T OUR DOING. The sad thing is, even though responsibility for his complaints fell on him as the buyer we probably would have taken a return if he had just CONTACTED US BEFORE GETTING HAPPY WITH THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK!
