Way too much cardio and aerobics in this video!
1 of 1 found this helpful I was hoping to get more strength training with this video. Instead all I got was a extremely high energy aerobics video. The description on the listing nor the box stated anything about the amount of cardio in this video. I have exercise enduced asthma, which means I can't do a bunch of jumping around. So after one viewing this video is now shelf decoration.
