When my main TV broke, I did not repair or replace it. TV News these days adds to your stress level. Too much negative reporting and drama. (My favs were news & documentary shows.) I just listen to radio, primarily christian radio. The decision NOT to replace the TV was a WISE ONE.

I obtained an undergraduate degree in the humanities and a law degree. I practiced law (primarily personal injury and business law) for over 20 years and maintain an active license. I developed my talent of making dynamic exhibits for my cases. On Feburary 14, 2005 I was involved in a serious automobile accident. From the accident and the result of treatments I received for those injuries, I have brain, spine, nervous system and other injuries which altered my personal life and career alternatives. Where one door closes the Lord opens up another door. Since most of my day I need to spend in bed elevating my feet to minimize fluid retention and neurological symptoms, I renewed my interest in the lapidary arts. Over the years I have designed jewelry, primarily bracelets. I once considered starting a jewelry business on the side while practicing law but never took the leap. Designing jewelry has been a gift from God. I am never pain free. It diverts my focus from the pain.
