ALL Paypal payments should be made within 5 days of purchase, unless you contact me to set up alternate payment arrangements PRIOR to your purchase. Please contact me within three (3) days of purchase to let me know all the specifics. If I don’t hear from you within 3 days of purchase, I will have to assume you are no longer interested in completing the purchase and report it as such.

Shipping cost vary and will be listed with each item. All completed and pre-made items will ship within 48 hours once payment has been received or has cleared. All custom, special order items will ship usually in 1-2 weeks unless other arrangements have been made with purchaser. Please see each individual listing for approximate shipping time. We will gladly combine shipping / handling for multiple purchases made at one time. Just email and let us know to send you a combined invoice. Insurance is optional and available at standard U.S.Postal rates. Please let us know if you want insurance on your package. Please note that we do try to keep shipping / handling charges as low as possible, but they do exist, there is no negotiation on this. In addition, none of the items are available for local pick up - so please do not ask. We do ship internationally. Shipping cost will be provided for International buyers on request - Please check shipping costs prior to purchasing.

However, since the majority of our items are wearable and custom made to order - We do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges unless there was a mistake on our part. ALL sales are FINAL!
