11/03/09 I recently had my first negative feedback. Customers, plz dont be concerned at all! Customer satisfaction is my goal! There seems to be those who get some sick pleasure from trying to be as difficult as possible! This transaction, customer was unsatisfied with box product came in. (After I described it as damaged in ad) I offered refund and requested item be returned to me. Buyer refused to return item but Insisted I send him Monies. No, It doesnt work that way. Blackmail was even attempted. Almost a month later Item still has not been returned but buyer feels the need to post negative feedback.I have done all I can do.. So, I apologise for the red mark on my record, and have appealed it to Ebay. Rest assured, your satisfaction is my goal!!!
