Business InformationHistory/background
Candlewood Sutlery (the brand name for my products) began in 1994 when I started re-enacting at Civil War events. Since that time, I have expanded into farmer's markets and craft shows. Since June of 2005, I have been raising my grand-daughter, Julie, and have dropped out of selling in person. All sales of my products are now conducted online.
Payment policy
At this time, Paypal (preferred), cashier's checks and money orders are my only payment methods.
Shipping information
I always prefer to ship via the Post Office. Because of the perishable nature of the baked goods I offer, I only ship Priority Mail or faster. If UPS delivery is required, contact me and I can do that as well.
Return policy
All items are returnable, please see the policy with each listing.
Contact information
I cannot post my personal contact information here, but you can reach me almost daily through the link above (Contact Member). If you require further assistance, I will give out needed information through private email.
Thank you!
I want to thank each of you who helped me to get back on my feet after my Mom passed away on Thanksgiving, 2004. I've not forgotten the kindness and caring everyone has shown!
NEW POLICY FOR CHRISTMAS 2006!
For the holiday season, I have decided to try offering a new service!! For an added fee of $5.00 per address, I will gift-wrap and ship directly to any address you specify. Please contact me before purchase if you wish to use this service - I am very new to it and do NOT want to get it wrong!!! For now, there is a 3 item limit per address... Gift baskets only count as 1 item.
If this works out, I will offer this service year-round, beginning January 1, 2007
