That means not being a slave to trends, but having a savvy eye for knowing when the look is right - without looking like everyone else. Tiny price tags can offer HUGE fashion dividends. Example: of all the jewelry I own (precious and costume), I received the most compliments on a pair of peridot and teal glass drop earrings, purchased from a street vendor in New York City for a whopping $2.00! Of course I love the good stuff - don't we all? But style sense has never been about money. It's a state of mind - and if you have IT you're way ahead of the fashion game. (Wish I still had those earrings today!) I hope to share that kind of inspiration with you. My items vary from vintage to retro to contemporary - and are all linked by a common thread.
