Evening - upload tracking nos. into PayPal for all items shipped that day. / I do answer questions in the evenings and on weekends sometimes, however for most things I need to be at the office in order to get certain answers.

Note to International Buyers
I do not typically ship internationally, but that doesn't mean I won't SELL internationally. I prefer to have a USA shipping address (preferably a freight-forwarder) that I can ship things to. I'm not in a position to provide refunds, exchanges, or replacement gear, so I leave it to those outside the USA to provide me with a forwarding address I can ship to. I can only ship via FedEx and UPS, not USPS or DHL. What worries me further is that some items, particularly drum kits, can be easily damaged in international transit, and I'm not in a position to easily service those who may have received damaged merchandise. By using a forwarder of the buyers' choosing, the safety of anything bought from me is solely their responsibility.
Other Things Buyers Should Know
My auctions do state either 2 or 3 days processing time, so please take that into consideration. I sell a lot every day and can't always get things out right away. All instruments I sell are professionally inspected and packed prior to shipment, so allow time for that to happen before requesting a tracking number. If it has been more than three days since your item was paid for, and you still have not received a tracking no., please call me at the number above and I'll expedite your order. If for some reason an item is unacceptable to ship, or I have listed more than I actually have, a refund will be issued immediately, and a cancellation request submitted along with a personal note from me.
