I have a bachelors degree in Mathematics from Missouri School of Science & Technology (formerly UMR) and currently teach Algebra. I know a lot about coins but do not consider myself an expert in that area.
Payment policy
I accept PayPal, Money Orders, or Personal Checks in U.S. funds only. I will not ship the item until the payment funds are cleared for my use. I prefer to use PayPal since it is fast, efficient, and provides protection for both the buyer and seller.
Shipping information
I will always charge actual shipping cost. This includes the cost of packaging materials so it will usually be more than you see on the postage stamp. I also combine shipping on multiple items when won within 48 hours of each other.
Return policy
I try to describe my items as accurately as possible, so unless I have misrepresented something I will not accept returns. I've not had to deal with this yet.
Ethics
I don't like to be lied to, ripped off, or mislead. I have yet to meet anyone who likes to get screwed. I treat others with respect and honesty. If I make a mistake I do what is necessary to fix it.
Feedback
Feedback is not a get even tool. It is a way of letting other ebayers know what to expect from the seller/buyer. Here is how I usually judge feedback.
Positive - The transaction went smooth or if something was wrong the seller/buyer fixed it if they could.
Neutral - I leave a neutral feedback if something was wrong with the item I bought and it wasn't mentioned in the auction, but it isn't worth wasting time or money to get it fixed.
Negative - I don't like to leave negative feedback. If something is bad enough for me to leave a negative feedback I always contact the seller and give them a chance to fix the problem. If the seller is rude or obstinate and won't fix the problem I will leave negative feedback. If a buyer doesn't pay for an item and I don't get a response after several attempts to contact them I will leave them a negative.
