Tara Ana Finley is the founder and president of Anubis Appraisal and Estate Services, a Miami, Florida based firm that provides appraisals and estate sale services for art, antiques, decorative items and personal property. The company offers appraisal and auction consultation services for probate and estate attorneys, law firms, banks, insurance companies, real estate representatives, museums, universities, and corporate and private collectors. She has been an independent, on-air appraiser for the nationally -syndicated educational WGBH-TV series: “Chubb’s Antique Roadshow” since 1996. In addition, Anubis offers the sale of estate property including antique furniture, decorations, porcelain, glass, silver and silverplate, and collectibles.

Payment is to be received within 7 days of auction ending. We accept Paypal and Money Orders only.

Buyer pays all shipping, packing, and insurance fees. Signatures are required upon receipt of package(s). Due to the antique nature of property sold, Anubis charges for special handling, packing supplies, delivery confirmation, and residential delivery. Shipping and handling costs are non-negotiable. Purchasers paying by Paypal must have a confirmed shipping address with Paypal. Purchasers selecting UPS for shipping must have a confirmed UPS address and zip code. Purchasers selecting USPS must pay for delivery confirmation. International purchasers must pay international shipping fees. SERIOUS BIDDERS ONLY PLEASE!!

All sales are final. We will not refund payment should a problem exist after the successful bidder receives the lot and did not request a condition report prior to close of auction. Serious bidders only please.

Successful bidders will notify Anubis in writing, email, or fax of any damage to a lot no later than 3 days after receipt of items confirmed by signature. Anubis will not be liable or responsible after this time period. In no event will our liability to the buyer exceed the auction purchase price.
