All About MeWhat everyone should know about me
I'm a closet e-bay addict! I'm also a marketing professional and love helping the large company I work for, as well as all my small freelance clients, express the unique personalities of each company through smart and clever promotional efforts.

Business InformationHistory/background
My husband and I own a small venture company and offer a variety of services under each different corporation. Through Lazerworx, we run a state-of-the art CO2 laser and can engrave and/or custom cut just about any material that is 12 in. x 24 in. or less. We also offer marketing and/or design services for brochures, newsletters, websites, etc.
Payment policy
I prefer Paypal because it speeds up the transaction for you. If you have no other payment means, I WILL take a check or money order, but it will delay shipment. For my design services, I don't start a project until payment has cleared.
Shipping information
Shipping is free for digital files - I just e-mail them to you. If you opt for me to print the files, I will charge you whatever the post office charges me plus 20% for handling. Because I live in a small town and don't go to the printer very often, selecting the option where I print them could delay delivery for 1-2 weeks. For all other items, I try to figure actual postage and then add a few dollars (depending on whether I use bubble wrap, have to buy a box to ship in, etc.) I use recycled packaging materials whenever possible, treading as lightly as I can on our earth while still packaging your product securely. I'm a pack-rat when it comes to shipping materials - so if I send bubble wrap or non-biodegradeable peanuts, etc, it means I've received them from another company and am reusing them instead of sending them to the landfill. Occasionally around Christmas, when I do the bulk of my larger package shipments, I do break down and buy packing stuff because I haven't saved enough ov
Return policy
On my design work, you don't pay until you have approved the proof, so there are no returns. On everything else, I can't accept returns unless I've somehow misrepresented something in the product description. All of the brand new electronic items I buy and resell should be covered by manufacturer's warranty, and it's mostly all from nationwide department store chains, so if there is a problem with a new item I ship you, I will locate a receipt from a store in your area, if at all possible, and ship it to you. (I buy from stores like Wal-mart, K-mart, Best Buy, etc., so I should be able to find a receipt from a store near you.

Giving back to the community
For the past six years, it's been our family tradition to donate at least $200 of the profit from my Christmas e-bay sales to local families through the Salvation Army Angel tree program. I let each of my kids choose one angel from the tree corresponding to a child similar to their age and gender, and then we go grant some wishes. Thank you for purchasing from me and helping us help others.
Helping our fuzzy, four-legged friends too
And for our furry friends - I am not quite ready to go to market with my line of pet items, but in creating a vision for what our company will do, we have decided that we will leverage the love our customers have for their own pets to help all the little critters who haven't found their forever families yet. We will donate 10% of gross profit from pet items (memorials and i.d. tags) to our local humane society. Both our dogs and two or our three cats came to us from the shelter, and this is our way to help support all the other ones that we couldn't adopt!
