A refund will be issued minus shipping actual cost and a 25% restocking fee, no exceptions. Pop Up Tan Tents: No returns, no refunds. We will replace a defective unit 1(one)time within 30 days of receiving the original Pop Up, shipping cost of the replacement unit will be the responsibility of the customer.
