Let me preface this by saying the seller issued me a full refund. What was negative is that the item was listed as the “last one” when I am quite sure the seller did not have it and was hoping to get another. Days passed and it became obvious that now I would not be able to get one in time as a valentines gift. Eventually the seller sent me another size from the one my intended recipient wanted. This was done without my consent and necessitated me returning it. Lengthy process, wrong result.

It is always my top priority make every buyer happy and satisfied with their purchase. It is not my stores practice to issue refunds but in this case a full refund was issued to make buyer whole. I replied to every message so not sure where the bad communication issue is coming from. The item that was sent was an upgrade from the original, costing me more but that was not passed on. I am a long time seller on ebay with many positive reviews.
