I usually ship purchases same or next business day. I almost always use priority mail unless another service is requested. Packages always go out with Delivery Confirmation for your protection and mine.

I accept returns on my polypropylene listings in the form of an exchange. Buyer is responsible for all shipping unless the item sent was an error on our part in which case we will cover shipping charges to exchange for the proper items. Approval is needed for such a situation and we must be contacted within 3 days of receipt determined by the delivery confirmation date.
