How a company handles a problematic transaction is telling and more important than the cost of the item and the speed of delivery. The item I ordered did not fit as advertised and Tasharinacorp communicated quickly, recognized the issue and provided several options to satisfy me. Tasharinacorp made something positive out of a potential problem. I'll be watching their site and hope to do business again. I know I can buy with confidence from Tasharinacorp. The seller was very responsive. the item arrived in 6 days however I no longer wanted the item so I never opened the box. For this reason I can’t review the actual item. But what I can say is the seller quickly responded to my messages and instructed me on how to return it. Even though the return is still in transit back the seller after 21 days ( not the sellers fault) they issue me a refund anyway. Overall great experience with the seller and would highly recommend them.

I made the mistake of thinking I only received one when they were both in a single package, contacted them stating I only received one and sent me another at no cost, after realizing I actually received both items, I tried to pay them but they refused, excellent customer service! When my order came in, it seems like it was the wrong wipers. When I contacted the seller they were polite and they were understanding. They refunded me my money. with no issues I cannot give them five stars but I can give them four stars for the proper communication and for not giving me an issue with returning these items with that I do give them four stars
